The redemption date is June 17, 2013, and the redemption price is 100% of the principal amount. In addition, holders of Notes trading under CUSIP Nos. 681919 AR7 and 681919 AT3 that are redeemed may be entitled to one day of contingent cash interest (or an additional $0.033 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes) payable in connection with the redemption if the Notes trade above certain thresholds as specified in the indenture governing the Notes (the "Indenture") and in the Notes.
